1Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the aeh365 platform and all services, games and features under it. "aeh365", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to the aeh365.cam website and its operating authority. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person registered on this platform.

By accessing this platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and are bound by them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the platform.

2Account Registration

Membership on aeh365 is completely free. You must provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration. Registering with incorrect, incomplete or false information will result in account cancellation and any deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

Registration Terms

• A maximum of one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth and mobile number provided at registration must be genuine and valid.
• Identity documents (national ID card, passport or driving licence) may be requested for account verification.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is complete.

3Eligibility and Age Requirement

• Opening an account under an adult's identity on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
• If anyone operates an account on behalf of a minor, all funds and winnings in that account will be forfeited.

4Account Security

5Deposits and Withdrawals

The following policies must be followed for depositing and withdrawing funds on aeh365.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals if account verification has not been completed.
• aeh365 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if fraud or a breach of rules is suspected.

6Bonuses and Promotions

aeh365 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read before claiming.

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
• To become eligible to withdraw the bonus, the total amount (bonus + deposit) must be wagered 10 times.
• The welcome bonus applies once per account only.

General Bonus Policy

• Multiple bonus promotions may not be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus funds may only be used to play games on the platform.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses (bonus hunting, regularly placing small bets to withdraw bonus funds) may result in account closure.
• aeh365 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus programme without notice.

7Gaming Rules

All games available on aeh365 are operated fairly. Each game has its own rules which should be reviewed before starting to play.

• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical issue, a decision will be made based on the system log.
• If any loss occurs due to a game client or server issue, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software vulnerability or bug will be considered void.
• If the internet connection drops during a game, the last saved state will apply.
• Playing games using bots, scripts or automated software is strictly prohibited.

8Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the aeh365 platform. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and funds may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or using multiple identities.
• Money laundering or attempting to transfer illegal funds.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Attempting to access the system through hacking, viruses or harmful software.
• Using another member's identity or gaining unauthorised access to their account.
• Collusion or attempting to harm other players in a coordinated manner.
• Impersonating an aeh365 staff member or representative.

9Account Suspension and Closure

aeh365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice. Accounts may be closed in the following circumstances:

• Breach of the terms and conditions.
• Evidence of involvement in fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, any remaining valid funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned. If closed due to fraud, all funds may be forfeited.

10Responsible Gaming
